Welcome to **Zana Hosting** (this “Site”). These **Terms of Service** (these “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions of your use of this Site and the products and services (individually and collectively, the “Services”) found on this Site.
The terms “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Zana Hosting. The terms “you,” “your,” “User,” or “customer” refer to any individual or entity who accepts these Terms by using this Site or the Services found on it.
Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. Zana Hosting, at its sole discretion, may change or modify these Terms, and any incorporated policies or agreements, at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Site.
You acknowledge and agree that (i) Zana Hosting may notify you of such changes by posting them to this Site and (ii) your use of this Site or the Services after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these revised Terms, do not use (or continue to use) this Site or the Services.
Payment may be made directly via **Flutterwave** or **Pesapal**, by bank transfer into the Zana Hosting bank account (details of which will be provided upon request).
Card transactions will be processed for Zana Hosting via **Flutterwave** or **Pesapal**. Flutterwave or Pesapal will both store and process bank card-based payments. No card details are stored on the Zana Hosting website. Users may go to the websites of Flutterwave or Pesapal to view their respective privacy and security policies.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within **1 day**, and delivery will be confirmed via email. Orders are processed instantly in most cases.
The provision of goods and services by Zana Hosting is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Zana Hosting will refund the client in full within **30 days**. The cancellation of orders by the client will not incur an administration fee. **No refunds will be available after the 30-day period.**
This Site and the Services are available only to Users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that you are (i) at least **eighteen (18) years of age** and/or (ii) otherwise recognized as being able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity. In this case, the terms “you,” “your,” “User,” or “customer” will refer to that corporate entity. If Zana Hosting later finds that you do not have the legal authority to bind such an entity, you will be personally responsible for the obligations contained in these Terms. Zana Hosting shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from its reliance on any instruction, notice, document, or communication reasonably believed to be genuine and from an authorized representative of your corporate entity. If there is reasonable doubt about the authenticity of any such communication, Zana Hosting reserves the right to require additional authentication from you.
To access some features or use some Services, you will need to create an account (an “Account”). You represent and warrant that all information you provide when creating your Account is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it that way. If Zana Hosting has reason to believe your Account information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account, whether authorized by you or not, and you must keep your Account information secure, including your customer number/login, password, and payment method(s).

In addition to the general rules above, this section applies specifically to your use of Zana Hosting Content and User Content posted to Zana Hosting’s corporate websites. The applicable provisions are not intended to and do not have the effect of transferring any ownership or licensed rights (including intellectual property rights) you may have in content posted to your hosted websites.
Zana Hosting Content: The content on this Site and the Services, including text, software, scripts, source code, API, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features, trademarks, service marks, and logos (“Zana Hosting Content”), are owned by or licensed to Zana Hosting in perpetuity. They are subject to copyright, trademark, and/or patent protection under applicable laws. Zana Hosting Content is provided to you “as is” and “as available” for your information and personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purposes without the express prior written consent of Zana Hosting. No right or license under any intellectual property is granted by these Terms. Zana Hosting reserves all rights not expressly granted in the Zana Hosting Content, this Site, and the Services, and these Terms do not transfer ownership of any of these rights.
Zana Hosting generally does not pre-screen User Content. However, Zana Hosting reserves the right to do so and to decide whether any User Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms. Zana Hosting may remove any User Content and/or terminate a User’s access to this Site or the Services for posting material in violation of these Terms or for otherwise violating them (as determined by Zana Hosting in its sole discretion), at any time and without prior notice. Zana Hosting may also terminate a User’s access if we have reason to believe the User is a repeat offender. If Zana Hosting terminates your access, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, remove and destroy any data and files stored by you on our servers.
Zana Hosting expressly reserves the right to deny, cancel, terminate, suspend, lock, or modify access to (or control of) any Account or Services for any reason (as determined by Zana Hosting in its sole and absolute discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Zana Hosting makes no representation or warranty that the content available on this Site or the Services is appropriate in every country or jurisdiction.
